The European Capital of Culture International Bosphorus Festival, an initiative of the Istanbul European Capital of Culture 2010 Agency, brings to the people of Istanbul a spectacular line-up of music and dance from all over the world. The festival, which sets out to combine outstanding performances of Turkish music with a diversity of universal music, features a line-up of world stars from Turkey and overseas alike.
